All sessions are held in a relaxed calm environment. Clothing on and minimal contact required.
Initially it is recommended to complete three full treatments over three consecutive days if possible to boost the flow of energy. This will stimulate the bodies immune system and natural healing abilities. Normally the body will begin by cleansing itself of toxins. As toxins are removed the body becomes rebalanced and the healing process can begin. Thereafter a monthly or bi-monthly maintenance treatment is recommended.
If this is not possible that's ok. You will still receive the benefits of a healing session. It may just take a little longer to get the energy flowing in your body properly and to restore balance. This will largely depend on your state of health and your particular situation. Most importantly, any healing sessions you can do is better than none.
